Psychological testing and evaluation rates vary based on the individual’s needs at the time of the evaluation.

CFC Evaluation Packages

Please note: We only accept Aetna Insurance at this time. We are Out-of-Network with all other insurance companies and provide super bills for our clients to file for reimbursement. All psychological assessment services are out-of-pocket expenses. A super bill is provided at the conclusion of the testing process to submit for insurance reimbursement.
